Carwash Study

Solving the location problem is one of the keys to a successful commercial carwash operation.  Our approach to solve this problem is to divide it into several parts.

Area Evaluation

Purpose of area evaluation is to determine if the subject market is suitable for the proposed economic development.  This is accomplished with analysis of demand and supply balance to determine market size and degree of market saturation.

Site Evaluation

Purpose of site evaluation is to determine if a property's physical characteristics are suitable for the proposed economic development.  This is accomplished with analysis of site specific factors known to influence carwash demand.

Sales Assessment

Purpose of sales assessment is to develop an accurate estimate of sales turnover for the subject property.  This is accomplished by applying commonly used methods such as capture rate, fair share, analogue model, and expert opinion.

Pro Forma Analysis

Purpose of pro forma is to develop projections of revenues, expenses, and future financial performance.  This is accomplished by preparing standard financial statements and analysis.
